Is this a possible filled die?

The "s" may be missing, from a filled die??? What do you guys think?

    Now if there was a trace of an S that would make it a very valuable 09-S VDB wouldn't it?
    It might be from where a glued or soldered on S fell off.
    It's not in the correct location for a genuine mm.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
