Which would be most likely actually be a 70 according to the different & changing grading standards as applied to certian year's holders?
Which would be worth the biggest price when buying or selling?
Which would be the the crap?
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

I'd have to say the green holdered one would be most valuable & desirable.

I haven't seen any in the green holders. But I've seen plenty in the blue holders before the barcode on the front - it ain't them. That's a terrible era for grading in modern proofs. It's like they were giving high grades away.

Well Dog, if you have one in a green holder and standards are tougher in the blue..... $5.00 re-holder fee and you have yourself a coin graded by strict standards to sell to the fools (I mean people) on eBay. But if they're tougher in green than I guess you're outta luck.
