1962 Salada Coin Set - Need Help!!

I am three coins away from completing a master set of the 1962 Salada/Junket coin issue. I can use #28B, 48A, and 113A if anyone out there has any to offer in minimum EX to EXMT. Thanks!!

Sorry - my fault. I'm new on these boards and it only dawned on me after this post that I was posting to a graded card board and not a general item venue. I'll be sure to keep future comments confined to graded struff, of which I have quite a bit!

That's a cool set though. PSA should start grading these. It would add to some of the master player sets as well. I know I'd like to add a #27 to my Yastrzemski set. There are some other great names in the set as well: Mantle, Aaron, Banks, Snider, Berra, Killebrew, McCovey, Mays, Koufax, Robinson (Frank & Brooks), Clemente. A lot of Hall of Famers and some nice variations as well (do you collect those?).

    Good luck with your set.

Yeah, I have all the 1962 variations except the three mentioned, which are pretty pricey. If I find them however, I'll jump right on them if at least EX+...The 1962 regular issue set runs 221 coins while the variations take the master set to 261 coins. I have 258 of the 1962's, and lack only the three mentioned to complete the entire master set.

I also enjoy the 1964 and 1971 Topps coins, in fact I prefer them, but they are far less of a challenge since they have no real variations and were produced in far greater numbers. I have several complete sets each of those two years. I also understand that for a while PSA graded Salada coins.

Sorry, I didn't notice the "A's" and "B's" in your original post. By the way, is there a #28 Rocky Colavito variation? Or did you mean to say the #24 Earl Averill variation?

28b is the Rocky Colavito variation with the dark blue jersey piping. That one's not very expensive, probably a $20 item in NM. The Dick Williams variation 48a would run at least $1,000 and the 113a Ed Bailey is probably a $250 item.

My understanding of the set (unfortunately) seems to be that when those variations become available, it is often in the context of being sold as part of a larger set....
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
