Anyone here use Turbo Lister?

Just wondering how many folks here use this program.

How well does it work for you?

When I go back and forth from my image storage site pasteing URLs
the program gets unstable and shuts down.
I'm using the download version. Is the CD better?

Would love to here your thoughts and ideas.

  • I used to use Mr Lister. I tried out Turbo Lister, actually I was a beta tester for it. I don't use it now because I don't need to.

It was important to get the auctons prepared ahead of time so I could list them when I wanted to. However they now added the scheduling feature. So I just pay the 10 cents and list them one at a time using the eBay sell your item pages.

I wanted that turbo lister program, forever. I have a Mac, and the program isn't compatible. I agree with Carl though, now that they have scheduled listings (FINALLY!), I can plug auctions in whenever I have time.
I know two dealers that use Mr. Lister etc.., and both complain of "bugs". They've never been specific with me about the problems though.

Must not be a real popular program.

It's been a pain in the a$$ to learn.

One at a time is probably better.

    Thanks

I use it and don't have any problems with it. You can use it to start your auctions at a later time, as well as immediately. I have the downloaded version.

    Hi Ron
    How do you handle images.
When I go back and forth from my storage site to post URLs mine crashes.
Actually it's when I hit the save button after I post the URL. Any ideas?

    Hi Larry,

I used to post my images with AOL in my FTP space, but it's been inaccessable for a year now. I haven't gotten my images loaded into a web space, so I load them into the ebay image system. They show up a little grainy sometimes, but I post in my auctions that clearer images can be emailed to any interested bidder.
Another option might be to add the image link after it's loaded if you don't have a lot of auctions to work on.
I like the turbo lister because I can set my auctions anytime during the week, and then load them all with a single click! I don't have to spend a long time going from screen to screen on eBay's site. And the actual loading takes alot less time. Not to mention I can modify an old listing with new info and use it on a different coin very easily. The old ones stay in the program unless I delete them. EBay only keeps them accessible for 90 days or so.
