    The 15th of every month is icon upload day!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Yes. It`s done once a month on the 15th. If the 15th ends up on a weekend, it`s done on the Friday preceding the 15th. Like this month it`s Friday the 13th. It`s open from 10AM to about 6PM PST ( Noon to 8PM EST ). It can be accessed through the profile at that 8 hour time period.
