I should have bought some extra half cents for you. Sorry! I just bought 2 and also a large cent. They are in for certification now. I am also working on a small cent I wanted. I might just get into 10'th for a little while. The current 10'th place set will pass me up again soon, no doubt. That set has some cool gold coins (Charlotte and Dahlonega mint) and tougher date coins. Once these sets get weighted I'll drop back for sure.
Thanks. I routinely check your site as I have gotten several great coins from you. No worry on the Buffs, although the Mercs might be tempting. Only kidding, I am trying to get some early copper but have been disappointed in the few approval pieces that have been sent. You will definately beat me into the top ten and probably the top five.
Isn't it peculiar that it takes less than 50% to make a heavy impact in this set? I assume that the vast majority of the great sets do not participate.

The Ludlow Brilliant Collection (1938-64)
There are both collectors who don't like to register as well as those who have coins in non PCGS holders or no holders at all. Also I think many type collectors have decided to skip the gold.
You're not alone. I've been off the first page awhile and I keep getting bumped down. Guess I have to buy more coins
