Help weighting the 1985 Topps Hockey Set

I am going to attempt to weight this set. If anybody else has any input, I would appreciate i. I know its a modern set, butwith Lemieux's rookie, this will be a set that I feel will appreciate in value

Post your replies here or email to: coachhouston247@msn.com

Thanks

Houston

(edited) I have an excel spreadsheet already weighted if anyone wants to take a look at it before I email it to PSA

Ah ha! Finally someone else besides me who is interested in a 1985 hockey set! (I'm into the OPC set.) I'm not really knowledgeable about the weighting concept other than different "weights" are applied to different cards depending on their difficulty. I don't think the 1985 set has that problem. The set is relatively plentiful and it's not too difficult to find the cards in top shape (at least compared to the bear of the OPC set). Anyway, good luck on it. Are you going for 9s only?
  • 9's or 8's - I have a raw set and out of the 3 I submitted, I got a 8 on the gretz, 7 on the lemieux and 8oc on the yzerman, thats a pretty close range on the set I have right now
