1883 dd reverse??

ok, oops I didn't cap that...sorry OK I have an 1883 no cents v nickel, the only problem is that is was gold plated... I heard/ saw you guys talking about "doctors last night and was wondering if anyone knows...can you reverse plate? and if so is there any way it could be slabbed? thanx sorry the pic isnt better

    dd reverse usually means double die reverse. Is that what you mean? If so the reverse does not look doubled to me.

    bad photo i cant get close enough to it without casting shadows... it is doubled though.. i was wondering more about removing the gold plating and if I could have it certified...
