1964 Topps Giants ( I'm on board )

I'm happy to report that I have joined the 1964 Topps Giants baseball ranks. I have been picking up cards for the last couple of months. I debuted in 27th with 20% complete. These really are beautiful cards and suprisingly affordable. While the higher grades are tempting, I will be looking to complete this set in straight PSA 8 with NQ's. Thanks to Eric Pugh ( UNISHIP ) who has provided me with many nice examples ( via ebay ) to get me started.

ROB - Thats one of my all time favorite sets, it has everything. A do-able 60 card format, beautiful large photographs, many Hall Of Famers and stars and some tough SP's, and it being affordable for a near 40 year old set is a bonus. Congratulations on the plunge! WOW!! An appearance from the TOPPS GIANT in my honour. I am truly humbled. From this day forward whenever I am backing away from bidding on a card because of price, I will remember this moment and dig deeper ( into my wallet ).
