Kind of OT - FB limits on eBay

When does the clock run out for leaving someone FB? I sold something and I think the guy is going to stiff me. It's been almost a month and I'm going to have to file an NPB. Never had to do this before and eBay's rules and regs are all but impossible to get answers from.

But only 60 on getting insurance which is unfortunate since those of us who give the benefit of the doubt end up not being able to make a claim after 61 days.
