  • Nice! I just received a nice DHeath coin today. It is a 1971-S Jeff in 67 Ultra. It too is very nice. I guess Don is on a roll!!

Nice crossover! Is that a single pop coin?

No, it was a single pop at NGC...now it is a pop 4 at PCGS...pop 4 is kinda deceiving. It is truly a wonder coin.

I meant to write, "single digit pop" (less than ten). I'm glad to hear it is only four and I have my doubts a bunch more will ever be made anytime soon!

    Excellent.
Hey, strictly out of marketing and curiousity: What is the sheet difference between this stunner in PCGS vs NGC?
  • Very beautiful coin.

I think it SARS. Better send me that coin so you don't get infected, I'm already immune so I can keep it without side effects. Nice coin. DROOL!! Sorry, now it has extra spots on it, better get rid of it real quick. Congrats!!! Ray

Truly a heart stopper for a Kennedy lover. That coin is the closest thing I've seen to proof in a 65 or 66 SMS coin. It is stellar in hand, and is easy to mistake for a modern proof. It was graded the same way at both services, and was the first SMS half NGC ever graded 68 UCAM (on it's first and only submission). It crossed on its only submission to PCGS at the same grade. It is a very solid coin. It's the mirrors that are so incredible. I'd love to know how early in the die pair's life it was struck. Quite a MS coin. image

Kudos. That truely is a beauty.I'd say it probably was at least one of the first batch off a new die.IMHO
