    Hi Sean,

    Yes, I have to collect sales tax if I sell a coin to someone in Oklahoma unless they are a coin dealer with a tax number. I set up a small business account with the Oklahoma Tax Commision three years ago so I could earn Social Security credits on the money I make on selling coins part time. It is more work than I imagined since I have to keep records of everything and don't make very much money. I plan on this being my last year for doing that and I will be glad to get back to coin collecting just being a hobby.
