Pop on PR-68 1957 just jumped from 30 to 50 virtually overnight. Someone carefully cherrypicked some very nice Jeffs and took a major run at making the first PR-69 for this date, only to come up short ... Who knows, could have been a bulk submission with many more coins sent but PCGS asked not to slab anything below 68 ...
