First they have nothing to lose and will be facing either a broken down team or one that
can't close, plus they have been resting for a while and it looks like the west final will
go 7. I thought the west had it all?

What has happened to the Spurs supporting cast? Timmy can't do it all

the whole team disappears, including timmy

i mean its not like they really triple team him just cheat toward him, and since he stands in one spot. it seems like a triple team

he isnt versatile like tmac and kobe, where he can go anywhere and do anything...thats a reason why duncan shouldnt be in a class with them

or why hakeem couldnt be in a class with MJ

I really feel the Nets have a shot at winning. Just play good defense and make sure Duncan doesn't get too many easy shots and we'll be fine.

TrFstPtch---I'm with you all the way. Spurs have show alot of weaknesses, ala getting worse as the game goes on... Nets have be plain dominant...It is getting to a point where it's downright scary...East will win the championship...And people say the #8 team in west would pound the #1 team in east? Thats bologna..lol

Thanks Joe. I really hope people on here will realize that the Nets are for real this Finals. They didn't have a shot last year because they don't have a dominant man in the middle. Now, with Duncan, who is not as strong as Shaq, I think that the Nets will have a better shot at going all the way.

not to be a "bandwagon jumper", but I think the nets have a chance aswell. I dont really like the nets or anything but I think a team from the east needs to win once in a while.
