Can the same card be in two sets?

I have a few cards that I would like in different sets. Would the set reg. allow me to put a PSA 10 Nowitzki rc in my Nowitzki player set and in the 98-99 SP Authentic set as well?

PISTOL - Some cards can be placed in alot more then just 2 sets. Take the '56 Mantle, it can be used in at least 7 different offerings...the Mantle Basic & Master set, the Hall Of Fame set, an all time Yankees set, a '56 Topps set, a '56 Yankees set, top 200 cards of all time set etc...jay
