Missing card

I submitted 5 cards for grading along with the mislabeled Anfernee Hardaway that was to be re-labeled.
I received my other 5 cards,but the Hardaway PSA 8 was not with them.
Any help???

    Ron:

    When your order came in to the office, mechanical error would have been moved to another invoice.
    When you submit an order we need one service level per invoice.
    Call customer service and they should be able to give you an update on this card.
    You can send as many invoices to us in one package to save on shipping here.
