I just saw a PSA 1 on ebay with a qualifier. What would that count in the registary since there is a two point reduction of qualifiers? A negative one (-1)??
I would think a PSA 1 is a PSA 1 - why the need for a qualifier?? Does the qualifier mean its less poor than poor???
Seems silly to me....

I have never seen this before... But if the defect is bad enough I could understand one of the following qualifiers -
1.) MK - Marked Card
2.) MC - Miscut
3.) PD -Print Defect
But seeing it is a PSA 1 the only grade I would think would have any significan is MK .... Which could have writting on it Like if some kid had written his name on thefront or back of this card I could see an MK designation
