I'm sad. The Jay Ross Collection no longer sits across the top of the current finest in Proof Kennedys.

But, at least you're still there in the all time finest!

Thanks Russ. Since the auction is now over, I can tell you that I set many of the of coins

at unusually high prices so that in case of a mediocre sale, they would not meet the minimum.

My fears were realized and the passed items are being sold by Mike DeFalco at the LB show.

I did not wish to express my misgivings about the upcoming sale

That would have been a jinx in my opinion.

Even with a slow sale, I was fortunate to have purchased many of the coins that sold at a much lower

price, so I still came out a bit ahead. In any event it was fun to have my 15 minutes of fame in the sun.
