PR70 and "metal flow"

Mr. Hall,

If a proof coin is essentially perfect in devices and mirrors, and has no abrasions or marks, haze, or other distractions, do the mirrors have to be perfectly flat to qualify for PR70?
Asked differently, if the coin is wonderful, but the mirrors ar mildly wavy, like near-still water, can it make the grade?

Thank you very much for answering our questions!

Jim...I'm not sure I totally understand what you mean. If the waviness doesn't detract from the eye appeal of the coin, I guess it's OK. If it's really noticeable, I think that would be a negative and bump an otherwise perfect coinout of the PR70 grade...David
