Another and Wonderful PCGS Experience

Although I am still in my toddler stage of development as a member of the Board, I have read quite varied reports about the impressions of PCGS in their timeliness, responsiveness, or consumer/collector-sensitive approach to their grading. I have had a recent experience worth reporting and adding to the mix!
I purchased a high-end proof kennedy which had some defects and upon bringing this matter to the attention of PCGS and after their thorough review, I was provided an audience to speak with David Hall. Even if things did not work-out to my satisfaction (which they did), I must confess that I appreciated his expression of genuine concern. The bottom line is that we agreed to a mutually acceptable resolution.
So, many thanks to David Hall. Also, thanks to Todd Abbey of Cameo CC for their wonderful assistance.
