Yes < I have a L drive. In review, it comes up fine. I reduced the size of the file, Is it ok now??

The pic is there now, loaded through the link.

I think the problem was that you were LINKING to a pic in your own computer. When you accessed it, it went through your own computer, not the site. We can't access your files, so we couldn't see the pic.

Does that sound right guys?
