A couple of marks here and there, but that sucker has the 67 look...so I'll say 67.

Don't know a thing about Ikes. Liked the man, don't care for the coin.
Having made my lack of knowledge clear, I'll say 68.
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose." Scan grading is risky, but that reverse is spectacular! Obverse is very nice but will hold the coin to a MS-67. It looks nearly proof and probably should be graded MS-66/69 PL.
Well, looking at your baldy and looking at my 71-4 66s, I would say you have a 65 at best, on a bad day at the graders a high end 64. Brian noted the hits quite well. None of mine have that big chatter as that one does next to the 'Y'. JMHO

Well good - thanks guys - the coin resides in an MS65 Rattler - although overall the coin is nice, you guys pointed out all the flaws that would probably keep this coin residing exactly where it is now. Thanks for the input!
Rats! There goes a rare opportunity for me to look smart... I was going to say MS65 or low-end MS66. The chatter in the obverse field is the main issue.
PCGS seems to be very strict on Ikes. Why? Well.1) Its a big coin, marks are easy to see usually. 2) It wasnt a widely circulated coin so many nice examples survived.
Maybe two reasons is a tough grade.
These are `todays` standards. Tommorrows standards well probably say yours is a 6 or 7. Time will tell.

I was going to guess MS67, but I think that stuff going on by the Y makes it a 66
