Question For Homerunhall

Is the DMPL designation slightly relaxed or more forgiving on the 1880-CC Morgan as opposed to other CC dates, as even the ones usually seen in DMPL holders are 'barely made it' DMPL's at best IMO with heavy polish marks in the fields. Thanks.

    Dragon,

    The DMPL standards are suppose to be the same for all Morgan dollars. The controlling factor should be the depth of mirror, regardless of date.
