Today's coin shop finds

I had some success with the local coin shop today. They rotated their "junk" bin and I found a few keepers. I finally snagged me a cheap purple jeff, a colorful war nickel that has some colors that don't show up well in the picture, and a roosevelt that I was surprised to see in there.

Nice grabs, especially that 46-S Roosie....it looks to be a nice coin........maybe they didn't think much of the color? I like it. My local shop seldom has anything more than 20 years old in their junk box, but I did find about 20 circ war nicks in it once, picked em up for like 20C each, found a real interesting Indian head cent once too........its kind of a purplish-red color, I think its AT, and it looks to have been polished at some point, but it was only 30c, and I liked the color.

Yeah, these guys are not much into the toning thing so it's easy to snag good ones. It's been several months since I was last in there, so they had time to change the stock a bit.
