Does a die crack preclude a Jefferson from FS designation?

Here is a tough date Jefferson with otherwise great 5.25 steps without a question a FS...except for a die crack. I know any mark or weakness precludes FS designation but does a die crack as well? Jeff collectors please weigh in.

PS...what's the date/mm of this coin?
Its a 1950-P, and is now a PCGS MS65FS coin. I submitted 6 of these, all from the same die and obviously roll, 2 were graded 65FS (probably because of the toning), and the rest were 65's save 1 MS66. They all had FS's but some may have been weaker than the others. From a strike/marks stand point I was looking for 2 MS65FS's, 3 MS66FS's, and I thought I had a legit shot at 67FS- the tone as seen in the pic i think did them in for a slight downgrade. The coin I thought could go 67FS went 66 no FS. No gifts from PCGS right now. BTW - Here are some other grades I got on 2 other orders -
