PO Insurance Question?

If I insure a package for under $50 and the buyer never received it. Do I go and collect the insurance and refund his paypal? Or do I mail him the green slip and have him collect the cash? I do know for under $50 you can collect it right at the post office and don't have to wait for 3 months!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

You have to get the form from the PO then send it to your buyer he has to fill in the part thet says he did not receive it then he sends it back to you at that point you go back to PO to file it then have them cut a PO money order and they send it to him /her done deal. at least thats the way it went for me when they lost an orig, bank roll of 82 Kennedy halves about a year ago hope this helps
