AU or UNC

I know it's hard to tell from a pic but what do you guys/girls think is it an Unc with a weak strike or a AU.

    I would not call the coin unc.

    Edit to add: I just noticed it looks like an s mint (hard to see) but it still doesn't look unc to me.

    The weak strike on the hand would indicate a weak strike on the reverse breast feathers. While that is consistent, I'm just not ready to say UNC.

    Tough to tell from a scan, it certainly could be a 60+

    I'd like to think that is is, but from here I'm leaning to AU58.
