1964 proof half

I paid eight dollars for it. I am new to the hobby and thought I got good deal, toned look and all. Anyone want to give it a grade?

You got a very good deal, people also pay a premium for toning once the coin is in a slab, if I were you i would send it in to pcgs

Nice attractive toning. It will not grade real high with that drag across Kennedy's face, but still attractive.

Thanks for responding, I tilted it to catch the toning because strait on it looks rather plain and that mark on the jaw looks like maybe he cut himself shaving? here is the reverse

Nice coin looks great, If i were you i'd save my money and not send it in to PCGS. A coin like that doesn't really pay to have it slabbed. If someone that collects toned coins were interested in your coin i'm sure they would be able to tell if it was real or not without the help of the "pros"
