Final value fee refund on return???

I just got my 1st return of an item. How do I get a final value refund????? New at this part of it. thanks, Steve

You use the non paying bidder procedure.

Just select the option that says it's a returned item. eBay will send a confirmation eMail to both you and the bidder that has the subject line "No Purchase eBay Confirmation". You may want to eMail your bidder ahead of time to let them know because, even though the mail clearly states what it is, some people don't read it.
