Day 16 of 15-day Guaranteed Regular Service

Just talked to Customer Service on business day #16 and they confirmed my submission is still in verification......and offered a complementary, ie. FREE, regular service for not completing the submission. And better yet, said they'd expediate the submission to see if they could finish it today. Nice hustle!

Is anyone else seeing the hustle?

Business day 15 was today for me, no word. I am going to call tomorrow for my free submission.

Today marked the 15th day for me, as well, on my regular submission. I shall call tomorrow to inquire and, hopefully save $30 on my next submission....

I posted a similar question and the consensus was that there isn't a "guaranteed" turn around time.

I guess I need to recheck the dates, but I think my submission went over 15 days OR some obscure holiday was counted, but in any event, they checked and expedited but no freebie for me.

if they have shows they attend then the guarantee does not apply. happened to me a few weeks ago.
