Latest excuse to close an auction

I was watching an auction on Yahoo for a 1962 Jefferson Nickel. With around 2 minutes left, the bids started to get smaller, and then they were all gone so I bid (I was going to bid anyway). Right afterword I was notified I won. I then got the email from the seller.

What are the odds this happened right at closing time for the auction?

    Ask if he can send a Pic for you to evaluate the damage????

    I bet he can't because his young son broke the camera and scanner....LOL..

    I did one better, I registered the coin. I will wait and see if I need to remove it.
