This has been a TEST not only of your grading skills but of your true believe in the philosophy that is often espoused here on a daily basis
“Buy the coin not the holder“.

This coin is a Deep Cameo coin not only by my humble opinion but the majority of yours.

Yet the HOLDER doesn’t say that it is DCAM .

How many of you (if you collected this series or even if you don’t )would pony up DCAM money for this coin.
None of you?

In PR68DCAM this coin has been selling for $150.00 week after week on EBAY.
Who thinks that if even sight seen that this coin could get anywhere close to that kind of money?
None of you ?

This coin would not even get $50.00 in the real world from anyone here would it!

So what is your real philosophy?
“Buy the coin not the holder only when they agree.”

There would always be doubt in your mind with this coin wouldn’t there?
Without the official stamp you would never find peace with this coin.

This coin is not for sale, because it is not a coin ,it is a mirror to be held up for all of those that speak of higher values and a philosophy that can not be adhered to when it comes to real world situations.

Watch what you say and watch what you preach, because you may have to defend what you say in the real world.

This TEST has been brought to you by the real world where nice thing don’t often happen.

As a collector of 69 Proofs, I'd probably pay $50-75 for that, its a pretty coin, and would definately go in for grade review. Would make a nice addition to my set. Just my opinion.

I figured in the end it was an old holder, before DCAM was designated, hence my question. Clearly, this also showed that either we can't grade from scans all the time, or PCGS made a mistake...

This contest, and the great pictures, clearly deserve an official "cool image"

What was that dent I was seeing by the "E" in "WE"? Bad angle, or the insert holder?
