I may be mistaken because I don't keep up with those things like Conder101 does but that's Sue & Garry Bates who used to be big time dealers on eBay in lower tier service graded coins.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

Don't know who they are, but their grading on most coins is terrible! I watch a lot of roosies and they don't have a clue how to grade them!

    Wow thats impressive!
It looks like stickers stuck on the outside of slab. This SGS outfit doesn't have any ID numbers of anykind to catalog what its puts out? or better throws up? It looks like a slight grey area under grade that suppose to have another ID# sticker maybe they forgot.
Even with the crappy scan you can still make out ticks on the cheek.

I know TBT auction intereference is just as bad as AT. But can't we all just create sunglasses ebay accounts on the side and just ask questions to these type sellers playing dumb and enjoy their responses image

Somebody posted some other SGS "70" coins a while back.

You just gotta love the Cameo contrast on that Frankie. Woooh, look at that frost! image

Isn't their ebay ID billings13 or something like that??

SGS has been around since January of this year. The gray area under the grade is where they have blurred out the serial number which means this is probably a stock photo and you probably won't receive the coin shown. These SGS slabs come with either white or black inserts, and a COA.
