Is it real or is it AT?

I just sniped this on ebay. Is it real? I really can't tell. Opinions anyone?

Based upon the look of the coin and many of the seller's other listings, I strongly suspect that the color is NOT original.

It's bogus. They don't tone that way if left in the original mint celo. These will tone quite nicely if they've been in one of those small aftermarket mint set holders (the little ones that hold five coins) for a long time - but they don't look like that coin. When I get time I'll image and post a 1964 Washington that's toned from one of these holders.
