Mis-categorized submissions

If a coin is submitted that is miscategorized (for example, the submitter thinks that it is a business strike but it turns out to be proof, or it is not categorized as a weak mintmark variety but PCGS's opinion is that it has a weak mintmark), will the coin be slabbed in the corrected category, or will it be bodybagged?
