Lincoln folks, who did this work?

Brenner's image will always be my favorite but this one shows up a lot. Was wondering if someone knows who did this work. Could this have been on the cent if Brenner's had not? Just a weird idea.

    Is that a pre-1909 Pattern or a later-made Medal?

It looks like a Medal that was made to look like a detailed version of Brenners` work.

Nice detail but seems more like a caricature of the One Cent we all know and love.

Looks like the medal my wife bought at the Lincoln Memorial last year for me! Reverse is the memorial in the same 3-D version. I tried scanning it, but the plastic and cardboard holder never work out and I don't want to tear it apart.

It does look a little like a rip-off of the current cent design. It doesn't
look like Brenner. Is that a signature on the lapel?
