You see a decent coin on Ebay. You look at it and discover that you can magnify the image. You then click on it, and Presto!! Same small image with no background!

What I just love are the ones that say "Click on image to enlarge", then you click on it and it actually SHRINKS...

Sunstate coin is famous for that. Clicking on their puny blurry image only replaces it with a smaller, even uglier one. LOL

It is truly mind blowing that sellers think buyers will settle for cruddy scans when creating decent scans is so easy. If Sunstate coins had a booth at a coin show I can imagine them setting up a telescope, turning it around and only letting potential buyers check out the coins As they stand holding it ten feet back while the buyer looks at it from the reverse end of a telescopic lens!
