Anyone like toned PR Walkers? I never see them posted here

So I saw this one and kind of like it. I'll bet those colors are vibrant in person.
You think those lines on right field obverse are just wisps of toning or????? BTW I don't own this..... I see some specs on rev I'm not so sure about.

Michael Dixon had a really attractively toned proof Walker for sale a few months back. I wonder if he still has a pic. The coin was very pretty, too bad I had no cash
I like 'em, don't love 'em. I'm the same way with all proof examples though.

All the ones I have owned were blast white. I prefer proof Walkers that way. I will add that I have never seen a really attractive proof Walker. I feel the same way about proof Mercs, but prefer the Washingtons toned. The designs are so intricate on the Walkers and Mercs that I think toning subtracts from their eye appeal and just the opposite on Washingtons.

edited to add: I am sure that is a great coin but it doesn't make me salivate.

I enjoy this Walker very much. I am making a trip to my safe deposit box today so will get this one out again for a new photo. I know I can come up with a much more accurate photo. The rim toning is nice, the slight cameo brings out the design.

Toned proof Walkers typically have some combination of haze and not particularly attractive colors. Those with nice colors seem to have the toning limited to the outer edges of the coin. For these reasons, a haze free white coin is much more desirable and saleable than the typical toned walker.

I have a rainbow PR 68* NGC 1942 that I bought from SIMCO years ago. I'll ask greattoning to image.

Yes please, anyone that has any PRWalkers I'd love to see the images. I have a couple high grade MS Walkers toned, one of them I have to have someone image as the color is on both sides and a beauty. A scan just doesn't do it.

Very purty proof toned Walkers. Only one of mine is toned (a pretty champagne color), but I like the toned ones too. I don't have any proof ones, however.
