While browsing ebay, I came across these listings for the PCGS Flag holder State Quarters. Question: Does this guy have a clue and is trying to dupe someone, or (IMO) just a dope?

He either is clueless or had them holdered special (I had someone I know at the USPS make a few special error first day covers for me a while back )

More than likely he is playing to the uninformed error bidders...

i don't have any but i'm pretty sure they put ALL the state quarters in holders backwards. does he mean this one was placed obverse to the front?

Either way, who really cares? If that gets extra bids, then someone REALLY has too much spare change.

Wait up here. State Quarter collectors are mostly naive about the business. The Vultures who prey on the unsuspecting are only destroying the business!! I hate the Puckers!!

All my state quarters are holdered backwards! But he is saying upside down. Must have dome lots of tapping!

Without a picture to be sure what he is talking about I couldn't really say. You have to remember those state flag holders are rather odd to begin with. The state flag is on the obverse of the the slab and the ID label is on the reverse of the slab, and when the slab is held so that the ID label is upright it is at the BOTTOM of the slab instead of the top so the slab is being held upside down and backwards from the way it is normally held.
