Recieved a letter yesterday stating that they are not sending out catalogs on the auctions and should be up and running pictures on all coins within the near future! I suspect once they upgrade the servers it will be 3 months!

This is a non-issue. Their photos are about the worst in the business and they tell you very little about the coin, especially if toned. You can't tell if it's actually nice and you can't be sure it's not a dog.
They need to consult with one of the Forum dealers on how to image properly.

just remember that they do have a decent return policy, which allows you to stick by the golden rule of buyign coins:

do not buy coins sight-unseen
