Heritages website - post SPECIFIC problems here

We all know it's slow. Perhaps by listing specific problems, we can give them some useful feedback.

For example, today while looking for prices realized on indian cents, I was routed to the stock certificate archives and couldn't get to small cents.

Anyone else have similar problems?? Post them here and then we'll get Heritage to address them. Their site is on the verge of becoming irrelevant, a concern to me as a potential consignor.

I was searching items to buy and it kept adding search words in the box even though I did'nt put any in. I finally gave up and looked elsewhere.

When in "My Collection" and you try to sort by want list demand, you get a SQL error.

my no.1 problem with heritage is the inconsistency of the quality of their coin pic's both with coins for sale and auction coins.

my only gripe with their site is that it runs like I am dialed up to a commodore 64 or something.

VERY slow for pages to load.

I am running a newer PC with Roadrunner so it is not my end.

They just seem to get overloaded. As auctions are ending, the pages take longer and longer to open. I made it to half dollars at the last auction, and had to give up.
One other thing, a few days before the auctions ended, I was browsing some Bullet sale auctions, and wanted to throw some bids in, just to get the coins on my list, and I kept getting "bumped" back to the Sig. sale. It was weird.
