Do you need to be a collectors club member to take advantage of the set registry special?

If any of the moderators would provide input, it would be appreciated.

    No. I

have taken advantage of the $5/$6 specials in the past and I am not any kind of member. However, PSA does require that the cards you send in are from a set you already have registered of have requested to be registered. How they keep track of all that, I don't know.

you do to take advantage of the collector's Club specials (this month non-sports cards for $6.00).

no, for the regular set registry specials (hockey, boxing & Golf $6.00).

Bob, I use the registry special for everything. I have ten different sets on one invoice and have none of them registered. I just write Set Registry Special on top of the invoice and they still grade them at the $5 deal.
