massive pcgs thumbprint.. what next?

I picked up three proof Kennedies from l and c coins on Ebay. average price and great shipping. all three pcgs pr69dcam. They arrived today and the 1992 has a hugh thumbprint on the obverse. The print covers 1/4 of the mirrored surface to the right of JFK. It is so obvious that it's hard to believe it left pcgs like this. Should I send it back to l and c or is there recourse back to pcgs?

I bet L and C will replace it with a nicer example.

Send it back to L & C, they sold you the coin and like BNE said, you don't know what it looked like when they sent it in. If you call PCGS Customer Service to resolve, they want you to send the $25 if you were not the original submitter. It is much cheaper and easier to deal with the people whom which you purchased the coin. L & C should take care of you, they have taken care of a coin for me that just didn't look good. They sent a better coin.

Is the print well placed and fully struck?
Some prints are mushy and lack eye appeal.
That said, I would not so readily assume that it was PCGS that put the print on the coin. It may very well have been on the coin when submitted - but not yet visible - and emerged after the coin was graded, as prints will sometimes do.
