I know it's hard to tell from a photo, and the fact that it's in an ACG holder could mean it has problems, but it does appear to be AU. Any thoughts?

I agree with the kid - those things have often been whizzed to look better than they are in reality - be very weary - I wouldn't put good money on this one.

If you don't mind gambling on the authenticity and crossing it to a real grading service. Otherwise it looks good.
