Unless this is a 2/1 it is probably worth silver content. Can't tell from photo. It is an "S".

Looks like the seller is probably another non-collector who thinks his coin is worth hundreds of dollars just because its really old or they don't mint that design anymore. Gotta love his coin-handling methods, though.
