Anyone notice that it is IMPOSSIBLE to be 100% RED in Lincoln Cents with Varieties 09-58

They seem to be using the 1943 Steel cents AGAINST you in the % RED calculations.

yes your coins are 100% red (I'll take you word on it), but in the registry you are listed as 100% complete, 98% red

for you to be 98% red and 100% complete, you would have to have 4 non red coins (the 43-pds and d/d)
