I don't know if I have linked this right, but if I did, is this a DDR?

It's a bit tough to tell for sure from the image, but it looks like it is a DDR. There appears to be the correct doubling in the left wing feathers.

To me the doubling is most noticeable on the motto and on the branches immediately below the motto - it's kinda hard to tell on the legs and the wings - the pictures on here aren't that great.
