    The colors on the coin are beautiful and they came through really well on the picture - but then again - it's always fun to take pics of nice coins! image

    The toning is real similar to some Morgans I,ve seen.image

    How do you think it was holdered to get that kind of toning.

    The toning on ASE's is completely different to what's acceptable on Morgans for the most part - the reason is that ASE's are 99.9% silver and will tone differently than 90% silver dollars.

    A quick dip will remove all that crap off the coin.


    Can anyone tell I'm not a big fan of toning?

    Outstanding picture Frank !

    I belive the toning is real. These 99% silver coins can tone quicker and much more dramatic than the 90% silver coins. imho
