Within a month or so, people will be selling pieces of rock from the fallen "Old Man of the Mountain" in combination with the NH state quarters. Maybe within the week.
I'll award a gold-plated NH State quarter to the first person who posts a link to an auction for a NH quarter and a rock supposedly from the fallen landmark.
That would be difficult to do as the area the profile fell in is extremely remote. The mountain is not really near the road. I would question the authenticity of said rock offered with the NH quarter.
Now it's all starting to make sense. That explains why the Hagers were recently spotted at a camping goods store cleaning out the place! Supposedly the bill came to exactly $3,000! roadrunner
MrLee, PM the addy and a gold plated NH quarter is yours!
(I have a bunch of gold plated 1999-2002 quarters in my case at the mall. If I sold out of NH quarters, I might have to substitute a different state. Lemme know your preference. Naturally, I stocked heavy on GA quarters.)
Edit to add: even if the auction ain't for real, it's worth a gold-plated quarter. LOL
