how does this work again?

first, what's a PM ? i gather it is used to determine somebody's address.

so let's say i have an item of $30 to $35 value, so i sign up for a swap. then i get a want list from a guy for something completely different. so i run out to a coin store to get that item?
Here's to it and to it again.
If you don't do it when you get to it,
You'll never get to it to do it again.

A PM is a private message. Go into your profile to activate the feature. Afterwards you will see a little padlock-looking thing which will tell you if you have messages. Click onto another members padlock to PM him. If you sign up for a swap, I have always contended that no one should expect the experience to be like ordering from a menu, more like buying a grab bag. Most forum members will do their best to please you with what they have on hand, some will actually shop for you. Do not enter a swap if you are going to insist on a particular series or date, or mint, or denomination, or whatever. If you do have $30-40 worth of "extras" you might want to be in the next swap.
